1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an absolute entity ("you") and MAISONBLANC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our bespoke services and digital platforms.

2. Service Standards and Limitations

Our curatorial services are performed strictly according to the scope of work detailed in your signed agreement and NDA. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service for situations presenting health or safety hazards to our curated staff.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Due to the bespoke nature and intense logistical preparations of our service, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled curation. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a standard 50% retention fee.

4. Liability and Estate Care

While handling luxury assets and rare architectures, our staff execute the highest standard of care. MAISONBLANC is fully bonded and insured. Any claims regarding alleged damage must be formally reported within 24 hours of service completion to undergo our rigorous internal audit process.
